1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Musicland AI app and the Musicland streaming platform, published by Playback Production. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. Account & access
- Access requires creating an account and meeting the minimum age requirement. ◆ Specify the minimum age and rules for minors.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Some features may be free, others paid (see sales terms).
3. User content
You retain the rights to your creations, in accordance with the Rights & legal notice page. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to any element you include and undertake not to publish unlawful or infringing content.
4. Rules of conduct
- Respect for other members: no harassment, hate, or inappropriate content.
- No impersonation or fraudulent use of the platform.
- Playback Production may moderate or remove content that breaches these rules.
5. Offers & payment (sales terms)

6. Liability
Playback Production provides the platform “as is” and uses reasonable efforts to keep it available. Its liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. ◆ Liability clauses to be validated.

You may delete your account at any time. Playback Production may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
